Ydych chi’n rhedeg sefydliad mawr neu fusnes bach? Prun bynnag, mae eich pobl yr un mor hanfodol i lwyddiant eich cwmni. Ond gall rheoli ac arwain eich gweithlu gymryd mwy o’ch diwrnod gwaith nag unrhyw elfen arall o’ch busnes ac achosi mwy o bryder i chi. Mae hyd yn oed y rheolwr mwyaf profiadol yn debygol o boeni mwy am reoli staff ac ymdrin â materion Adnoddau Dynol.

Whether you’re running a large organisation or a small business, your people are essential to the success of your company. However, managing and leading your people can be the most difficult and worrying element of your working day. Even the most experienced managers can find dealing with HR issues and managing their staff stressful.

Kay was awarded Business Adviser of the Year at the Arts & Business Cymru Awards 2014 and was a finalist in 2012.

Kay is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
